Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view the shipping options and costs on the Invoice/Receipt page (Step 4 of 4 during the Checkout Process). Your order is not confirmed and your payment method has not been charged until you have selected and approved the shipping method during this step. We offer both UPS and USPS as shipping methods. You can choose from 1-day, 2-day, 3-day and Ground shipping for UPS. We do NOT charge any handling charges. For international customers, we use the USPS for all shipments.
Q: Can we purchase product by the case?
